Who are Team Coordinators? – Educators, Parents, Mentors, Youth Group Leaders,
or anyone else above the age of 18 who mentor the students and manage team logistics

Beginning of the School Year: Start recruiting students for this amazing opportunity

October 1^st – Registration Opens: Register early to let CEF know you plan to participate and gain access to support from our expert Challenge Team, the SPARK Kit, and Interactive Study Materials. You do not need to know your final team count when you register, this simply lets us know you’re interested in participating this year.   

By January 20^th  – Team Submission: Submit your team composition and participation agreements to lock in your teams and student names for the Challenge. Submit as soon as possible to receive your CEF-designated Team IDs.

By March 26^th  – Video Submission: Participants or Team Coordinators on behalf of their teams, submit completed video and storyboard.
